The establishment of training center came from the need to raise the efficiency of workers in their respective fields because of technology changes in pharmaceutical companies,that's in addition to the preparation of leaders of the second row . the center relies annually on two main plans, the internal plan is to provide public programs "computer - the safety and occupational health - first aid - technical programs such as "GMP and the external plan in deal with external sources for external training programs designed to give specialized in different areas of the financial, administrative and legal sectors . the average number of trainees per year to nearly 5000 trainees .
